TickerBuddy is an AI-powered technical analysis tool. We do NOT provide financial advice. All analysis, technical insights, and charts provided by our service are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading in financial markets involves risk, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

1. Service Tiers & Pricing

We offer the following tiers of service:

  • Free Tier: Includes limited one-time credits to test the service. Access to standard processing speed.
  • Pro Tier (Subscription): ₹1,499 per month. Includes 600 AI credits/month, priority processing, advanced pattern recognition, and full history persistence.
  • Credit Top-Ups (One-Time): Additional credits can be purchased in packs (Starter, Value, Pro). These credits do not expire and are added to your balance immediately.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our secure payment partners (Cashfree, Razorpay, or Stripe).
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD depending on your region.
  • Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Automatic Renewal: The Pro Tier subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Your Pro benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused credits.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to attempt to reverse engineer the AI models. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

TickerBuddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
